Lillian R. Dickson's Quotes

At the mountain Girls' schools you could feel "breathless happiness" in the air, and they had decorated even the grounds with lights, showing creative imagination and love of beauty.

“ the choir looks like angels with their pure faces and soaring meet unaffected singing.”

At the mountain Girls' schools you could feel "breathless happiness" in the air, and they had decorated even the grounds with lights, showing creative imagination and love of beauty. As someone read the old beautiful story of Christmas and of the angels singing. I thought "the choir looks like angels with their pure faces and soaring meet unaffected singing."

Photo: In 1950s-1960s, Lillian Dickson, the founder of the Mustard Seed Mission, set up girls' schools in Hualien, Taitung, Shulin, Nantou, Penghu and other places in Taiwan, transforming aboriginal girls’ lives through career or general education. When Lillian Dickson went to the girls' schools to spend Christmas with students, she often indulged in the angel-like singing voice of the aboriginal girls.

You must love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your being, with all your mind, and with all your strength. The second is this, You will love your neighbor as yourself.

Mark 12:30-31
