In 2016, the Vocational Training Center conducted 2 employment training programs for 21 youths. There were 16 people finished the internship program and won a job. The most challenging task was to handle 13 dropouts and 5 out of 13 were sent by the court. However, we can see the fruitful outcome. There were 9 dropouts and 3 youths who were sent from court finished the internship program. These youths earned high credits from employers, so they were able to keep working at the same places.
19 years old Amy only has junior high degree and was sent by reform school to participate the employment training. Amy had high intention to turn over a new leaf and was willing to follow facilitator's guidance, so she got the chance to work in a convenient store as an intern. However, her personalities were still tough. Therefore, she didn't get along with her boss. In the end, facilitator arranged another convenient store for her to finish her internship. Also, she earned the chance to stay in that convenient store.
